The flights have 1 stop each way in Vancouver.

Last November I flew into Okinawa and home from Osaka. That was a perfect time of year for the beaches of Okinawa, the volcanic hikes and onsens of Kyushu, the Shimanami Kaido bike route near Okayama, and capping it off with the the fall colours (and crowds) in Kyoto before flying home from Osaka.
